The big plus on the 4-stroke is longevity. If Doo or anyone else can give us a 2-stroke with close to 4-stroke longevity that's the ticket. We'll see how the G4 850 does on longevity. To me, this is almost the same as the 600 E-tec's I have had every year since 2009 and hard to believe. The oil consumption is not as good as the 600 E-tec (four 85% used tanks of gas to one 90% used oil reservoir) as I only have experienced about three 85% used tanks of gas to about three 80% used reservoirs of oil in the 850.
